Trip Refund Policy

Reservation and 24 hour cancellation

For any trip requiring payment at the time of reservation, customers are entitled to cancel both the reservation and payment within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, provided the trip has not commenced.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the official booking platform within the 24-hour period.

Standard Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled after the 24-hour grace period, the following will apply:

A £75 per person cancellation fee will be charged.
The remaining balance (if applicable) will be refunded.

Special Circumstances (Medical or Emergency)

In cases of genuine emergency, including but not limited to medical issues:

A refund request may be considered.
Supporting documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note or official medical certificate) must be provided.
Approval of refunds under special circumstances is at the discretion of the company.

If a cancellation is approved for medical or emergency reasons, the £75 per person cancellation fee may be waived.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved:

Refunds are typically processed within 7–15 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Method of Refund

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
